TikTok is seeking a Product Manager Project Intern to contribute to short‑term projects on the Ads platform, helping SMBs onboard, activate, and grow. You will learn how product teams identify problems, define solutions, and measure impact in a fast‑paced global environment.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams on advertiser journeys, AI onboarding flows, and data‑driven growth initiatives, building practical product management skills in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with interest in product-led growth and technology.
• Strong communication skills, able to synthesize insights and present recommendations clearly.
• Experience or internships in product development, strategy, data analytics, growth, or technical roles is preferred.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems into hypotheses, plans, and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Support Senior Product Managers in shaping strategies, roadmaps, PRDs, and user stories.
• Conduct market research, interviews, surveys, and behavior analysis to identify SMB pain points and opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, Engineering, and Data Science to design advertiser journeys and AI-powered onboarding flows.
• Define success metrics, design A/B tests, and analyze funnel performance for growth outcomes.
• Help manage the backlog and coordinate feature delivery for high-impact PLG initiatives.
