Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Director to provide global program leadership across our PoD Program, serving strategic global accounts and AI, Digital Native, and Acquisition segments. This role operates at the intersection of sales strategy, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution, with locations in Austin, New York, or San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, program/product management, or consulting in enterprise software or cloud/data.
• Proven experience designing and running global ABP programs for strategic/named accounts (Fortune 100/Global 2000 preferred).
• Experience with AI/digital-native segments and M&A integration is a plus.
• Experience with regulated enterprise verticals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operating cadence for the PoD program across strategic global accounts.
• Partner with global account leaders to ensure governance, reporting, and cross-regional alignment.
• Coordinate account planning cycles, QBRs, and executive engagement for PoD accounts.
• Design global account segmentation and ensure consistent application across regions.
• Build whitespace analysis methods and translate insights into account plans and territory design.
• Drive best-practice sharing via playbooks and forums across PoD, AI/DN, and Acquisition teams.
