Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Director of Partner Programs to own the end-to-end Partner Program strategy, incentives, certification pathways, and governance across all partner categories globally.

You will lead a team of Partner Program Managers, align with Sales Plays, PRM, and AI Operations, and ensure the program stays coherent with company strategy while driving partner engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partner/channel programs, alliances, or partner marketing in B2B SaaS or infra/data companies.
• 3+ years managing a team.
• Experience owning a multi-tier partner program end to end—design, governance, and evolution.
• Experience with MDF, SPIFs, rebates and clear ROI discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own Partner Program strategy and structure across all partner categories.
• Design and govern the global partner incentive framework (MDF, SPIFs, rebates, co-sell).
• Manage a team of Partner Program Managers and drive program health metrics.
• Partner with Sales Plays & Offerings, PRM platform, and AI operations to automate and govern processes.
• Measure and report KPIs and drive data-informed program design.
