Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Director to provide global PoD program leadership across strategic accounts and key growth segments. You will architect scalable program frameworks, translate data into actionable whitespace and account strategy, and align Product, Services, Sales, and Partner orgs around a shared playbook for growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or program management.
• Experience designing and running global account-based programs.
• Experience with financial services or regulated verticals is a plus.
• Experience with AI/digital-native segments and M&A integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PoD program for strategic global accounts.
• Align cross-functional teams across Product, Services, Sales, and Partners.
• Design segmentation, whitespace analysis, and growth playbooks.
• Develop and measure sales plays tied to product launches.
