MongoDB is seeking a Senior Director to provide global program leadership across our PoD Program—the operating model supporting our most strategic global accounts and high-growth segments. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of sales strategy, revenue operations, and GTM execution.

You will architect scalable program frameworks, translate data into whitespace and account strategy, and align Product, Services, Sales, and Partners around a single playbook.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise programs or sales strategy.
• Proven ability to design global account programs.
• Experience with AI/Digital Native and Acquisition segments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operating cadence for the PoD program.
• Partner with global account leaders for governance and reporting.
• Design segmentation frameworks across strategic, AI, Digital Native, Acquisition.
• Drive whitespace analysis and account planning.
• Align Product, Services, Sales, and Partners around playbooks.
