Job summary

Wyze in Kirkland, WA is seeking an experienced, strategic supply chain leader to shape planning and execution as the business scales. You will drive S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory planning, balancing supply and demand while partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, and international suppliers.

You will build and coach an analytical team, implement AI‑enabled workflows, and drive improvements across forecasting, analytics, and supply chain systems in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of direct experience in supply chain analytics, demand planning and forecasting, inventory planning, S&OP, or a closely related supply chain operation and analytical function.
• Strong business acumen connecting product strategy, demand generation, and supply execution across the value chain.
• Direct team building experience including recruiting, development, and motivation to drive high performance.
• Strong analytical foundation to translate data into business decisions.
• Proven ability to make high‑quality decisions quickly in ambiguous environments.
• Experience building, maintaining, and interpreting metrics and dashboards for operational decision‑making.
• High cross‑functional skills across Supply Chain, Product, Sales, Finance, and overseas suppliers.
• Interest in leading AI/ML tools and automation to improve planning quality.
• Comfort working with U.S. and China‑based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S&OP process, aligning Sales, Product, and Finance while driving trade‑off decisions.
• Own demand forecasting, inventory planning and decision‑making to optimize performance.
• Drive system and process improvements across forecasting, planning and analytics workflows.
• Actively manage overseas suppliers to protect supply continuity and mitigate constraints.
• Lead adoption of AI‑empowered applications and workflows to improve forecasting and efficiency.
• Develop and mentor an analytical team to raise problem‑solving and execution speed.
• Develop proposals and present to leadership to enable critical inventory decisions.
