Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Director of Data and Analytics GTM to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution, driving revenue growth and performance optimization. You will collaborate across Product, Marketing, Solution Specialists, GTM, and Industry teams to align GTM plans with company objectives and market needs.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in enterprise sales and GTM leadership within data/analytics, with strong cross-functional influence and a track record of quota attainment

Qualifications

15+ years in sales, business development, and GTM at large enterprises (data/analytics).
Proven enterprise software sales leadership in a global matrixed org.
Experience with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud).
Strong technical acumen in data/analytics and AI, incl. generative/agentic AI.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of the data/analytics GTM strategy.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solution Specialists, GTM, and Industry teams.
Own annual GTM planning and business-case development for growth initiatives.
Be the global voice for sales and GTM efforts and align strategies with business goals.
