Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Director of Data and Analytics GTM to lead the go-to-market strategy and drive revenue growth across the data and analytics portfolio. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align objectives and champion data-driven decision making at the executive level.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong cross-functional influence, and a track record of exceeding quotas in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and GTM at large enterprise companies.
• Proven enterprise software sales and leadership experience in a global matrixed organization.
• Experience with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud) preferred.
• Strong technical acumen in data and analytics, with AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for data and analytics to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Solution Specialists, GTM, and Industry teams to align with business objectives.
• Lead annual GTM planning and develop business cases for growth initiatives.
• Inspire senior leaders, build cross-functional trust, and manage global teams.
