Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director of AI & Analytical Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team and define a scalable AI-enabled analytics strategy for the North America Operating Unit. You will establish a governed AI framework and drive enterprise decision support with trusted data and AI capabilities.

You will partner across functions with data foundations, data products, and governance to deliver dashboards, analytics, and AI-enabled applications that scale across brands,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across enterprise data, BI, advanced analytics, data science, ML, and analytical products.
• Experience leading AI-enabled analytics initiatives.
• Consumer packaged goods, retail, foodservice, customer, commercial, or related sectors.
• Proven track record building, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams that include data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, analytical engineers, BI developers, analysts, and product owners.
• Hands-on experience building analytical models, ML solutions, visualizations, APIs, and products that enable high-impact decisions.

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision and roadmap for AI, analytics, and advanced analytics to improve enterprise decisions, working with AI strategy leads.
• Build reusable analytical, AI, agentic, application, and governance patterns rather than isolated models or tools.
• Prioritize AI use cases that shorten the question-to-insight cycle, raise insight quality, and multiply capacity for analytics, ML, visualization, and storytelling.
• Embed with business functions to co-design and scale agentic AI tools that accelerate delivery for the immediate business team while building reusable capabilities for the enterprise.
• Lead the portfolio of initiatives and partner with Data Foundation, Technology, Architecture, Governance, and Operations to scale capabilities with AI controls.
