BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) seeks a Global Agile Leader to drive agile practices and Scrum ownership across product development and innovation teams. The role mentors teams, eliminates impediments, facilitates decision making, and promotes agile best practices to accelerate delivery and customer value.

Reporting to the Global Manager – Agile, you will champion organizational agility and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years hard goods manufacturing or product development experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong engineering background with ability to understand technical product development and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven results as a facilitator or servant leader in an agile or innovation environment.
• Working knowledge of agile or scrum framework; expected to be required.
• Experience leading or participating in global product development and launches is a plus.
• Experience across multiple functions (marketing, operations, manufacturing) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Mural, Miro).

Responsabilités

• Facilitate cross-functional teams using agile processes including Scrum.
• Own the scrum process at the team level and ensure adherence.
• Coach the team on the process and continuous improvement.
• Track team metrics to assess health and velocity.
• Drive process improvements to increase velocity and happiness.
• Remove impediments and manage resource conflicts across the organization.
• Support long-term planning and macro estimation for resource planning.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and value vs effort discussions.
