Job summary

Ramps International inc is looking for an Agile Coach in Baltimore, Maryland, to help mid to large sized Agile programs transition from traditional Waterfall methodologies. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and mentor agile teams, collaborating with stakeholders to foster effective agile practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least nine years of programming or testing experience, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Prior Public Trust 85P approval is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Nine or more years of programming or testing background.
• Experience working with agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach in software development.

Responsibilities

• Help transition Agile programs from Waterfall to Agile.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and mentor agile teams.
