Job summary

Airbus Americas Customer Services, Inc. is seeking an Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager in the Herndon area to lead relationships with suppliers across the Americas on the support and services perimeter.

You will negotiate conditions, manage escalations, and align supplier activities with airline and Airbus interests. This role requires a Master’s level in relevant fields, 7+ years in a similar position, and strong contract management within aviation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in contract law, business administration, or supply chain management.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role in the aviation industry.
• Aviation industry experience with strong emphasis on contract management.
• Knowledge in aftermarket customer services.
• Experience in supply chain quality and supplier improvement.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate supplier support conditions to protect Airlines and Airbus interests.
• Be the primary Customer Services focal point for Procurement MFTs and support MFT strategy.
• Lead supplier escalation and drive supplier performance improvements.
• Organize reviews and contribute to cross-functional service initiatives.
