Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Manager, Aftermarket Planning to lead inventory and planning across a global manufacturing and sourcing footprint. This role will develop the P&A Planning team while driving standardization, improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

The position requires 5+ years in supply chain planning, including leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and MRP/ERP and Logility proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in Aftermarket.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong change leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong systems aptitude in addition to applications skills (MS Office).
• MRP/ERP systems experience, Logility experience a plus.
• Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mentality.
• Adept problem-solving and effective decision-making skills.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate a message both professionally and concisely.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events.
• Willingness to travel as required and work necessary hours to support a global business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Parts and Accessories (P&A) supply planning activities across a global footprint.
• Develop the P&A Planning team while driving standardization and continuous improvements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Optimize inventory balance with service and logistics costs across the network.
• Improve KPIs such as forecast accuracy, fill rates, and inventory turnover.
• Partner with internal and external suppliers to support on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Manage inventory and replenishment to minimize stock while maximizing fill rates.
• Investigate and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance data integrity.
• Provide high-quality service to business managers and communicate market trends.
• Develop and implement vendor performance programs with sourcing.
