Job summary

Husqvarna seeks a Manager, Aftermarket Planning to lead P&A planning across a global footprint. You will optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy and fill rates, and drive cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

You will develop a high-performing P&A planning team and implement continuous improvements to reduce costs and improve data integrity, while supporting a global business with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field as required.
• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong change leadership and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• MRP/ERP systems experience; Logility a plus.
• Strong systems aptitude and MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the balance of inventory, service and logistics costs across the supply chain network.
• Develop planning activities to improve KPIs; forecast accuracy, fill rates and inventory turn.
• Partner with internal and external suppliers to support on-time delivery and resolve supply issues.
• Manage inventory and replenishment to minimize inventory levels while maximizing fill rates.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing planning team.
• Develop and improve vendor performance programs with sourcing.
