Job summary

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Manager, Aftermarket Planning to lead Parts and Accessories supply planning across a global footprint. You will develop the P&A Planning team while driving standardization, continuous improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

You will optimize inventory, improve forecast accuracy and fill rates, partner with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in Aftermarket.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Optimize inventory balance across the supply chain to minimize costs.
• Develop planning activities to improve KPIs like forecast accuracy and inventory turn.
• Lead the P&A planning team and mentor staff.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Drive process improvements and data integrity across functions.
• Support business managers with forecasts and market trends.
• Travel as required for global operations.
