Job summary

Safran in North America is seeking a Transportation Specialist to coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage customs, and support logistics across the U.S., France, Canada, and Mexico.

Based in Cincinnati, OH, you will act as the primary U.S. transportation contact, working with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time, compliant and cost-effective movement of parts and materials for Safran Aircraft Engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of transportation/logistics experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including imports/exports.
• Coordinate transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Support time-sensitive and critical shipments, including AOG when needed.
• Ensure shipping documentation and compliance for import/export.
