Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
- Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, or logistics providers.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Support shipments between the U.S., France, Mexico, and Canada.
- Work with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate supplier pickups and component transport.
- Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively.
- Act as the primary U.S. contact for transportation activities.
- Coordinate with France teams to align execution.
- Escalate and resolve urgent/delayed shipments.
- Coordinate time-sensitive and AOG shipments.
- Expedite deliveries and explore alternate transport options.
- Support MRO logistics and issue resolution.
- Ensure accurate shipping docs for import/export.
- Assist with customs clearance and compliance.
- Track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
