Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Freight Forwarder, AOG Specialist, Aerospace in Miami to manage end-to-end AOG shipments, including import, export and domestic flows. You will coordinate with airlines, trucking, and network partners to ensure on-time delivery while adhering to TSA and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in freight forwarding, with strong knowledge of international shipping, hazmat handling, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• IATA or NCBFAA certification may be preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Must be able to work on rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience shipping aircraft components including engines is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper handling of AOG shipments from pickup to delivery and maintain information flow between shipper, consignee, customer and DSV network.
• Coordinate Import/Export/Domestic AOG shipments within DSV network (National and Global).
• Enter daily data into AOG Desk and file records for analysis by upper management.
• Communicate with branches, shippers, consignees, and networks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and control AOG operations with Customers, Branches, and Network.
