Job summary

B&H Worldwide is seeking a Night Shift Operations Coordinator in Los Angeles to manage Import/Export shipments end-to-end, ensuring compliant, cost-effective delivery with best-in-class service. You will work with the Export & Import Operations team, update records, and liaise with suppliers to optimize booking costs and timelines.

The role requires strong customer service, US Customs knowledge, and experience with Cargowise.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Import/Export processes.
• Strong knowledge of US Customs law and procedures.
• Experience with Cargowise and DG compliance preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipments from start to finish with compliant, cost-effective handling.
• Update workflow notes and ensure timely customer communications.
• Coordinate with suppliers for booking costs and documentation.
• Ensure accurate AES filings and routing of imports/exports.
• Handle high-priority shipments (AOG) with care and urgency.
• Maintain TSA compliance and proper cargo labeling.
