Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years customer interface experience.
• Export-controlled information; must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. law.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Euclid, OH.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary focal point for customer inquiries and represent the voice of the customer.
• Process quotes and proposals through the correct ERP and databases.
• Maintain demand alignment and accuracy within the SIOP process.
• Ensure customer web-based purchasing requirements are fulfilled.
• Provide proactive order status updates and communicate with customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities to meet commitments and resolve issues.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contract terms per company policies.
• Maintain customer metrics and records for accounts.
