Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing purchase orders, RFQ, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Interface with assigned customers on orders and related activities to ensure clear communication.
• Provide excellent customer service and understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with program managers/sales to process orders and resolve issues.
• Resolve customer issues with internal teams and maintain customer portal alignment.
• Prepare, review, and submit quotes as required.
• Support Lean process improvements and standard work.
