Job summary

24 Seven Talent is assisting a leading global luxury retail brand in recruiting a Project Management Coordinator. You will oversee the coordination and fulfillment of print and digital advertising assets across OOH, DOOH, online display, paid search, and paid social, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to spec.

This role acts as the liaison between regional marketing teams and internal production, reviews briefs, gathers missing information, and maintains production timelines to keep

Qualifications

• 3+ years in creative marketing or advertising project management.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams and regions.
• Experience coordinating production across multiple channels (OOH/DOOH, online, paid media).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and fulfill print and digital advertising assets across multiple channels.
• Act as primary liaison between regional marketing teams and internal production teams.
• Review briefs and production requests for requirements and timelines.
• Gather missing information and clarify project details with stakeholders.
• Maintain production pipeline documentation and track approvals and deadlines.
• Monitor projects, follow up on actions, and resolve production or trafficking issues.
• Enter and maintain regional asset requests within internal systems.
• Coordinate asset routing through review, revisions, and approvals.
• Distribute completed assets to regional teams and arrange color proofs when needed.
