Job summary

Meta is seeking an engineer to provide technical, engineering support to Advertising partners and customers worldwide. You will join a global team of Business Support Engineers who specialize in Meta’s AdTech to proactively and reactively support partner integrations while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality and a satisfactory partner experience.

You will work on Ads products and have opportunities to collaborate across Business Messaging and other areas,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in CS/Engineering or related field before joining Meta
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or site reliability engineer
• Proven experience as a support engineer or similar role
• Experience developing, deploying, and operating software in one or more public cloud infrastructures (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Proven experience in API development on cloud-based infrastructures
• Proficiency in full-stack development with REST/SOAP APIs and web technologies
• Experience communicating with technical and business audiences and creating technical documentation
• Experience with IT infrastructures and network protocols across multiple layers
• Experience in analyzing and resolving operational issues using data
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in cross-functional settings
• Experience adhering to responsible AI practices and staying current with AI technologies
• Hands-on experience with large language models and AI agents
• Experience with distributed, cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders
• Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with Open Source cloud stacks like Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Docker

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering support to Meta’s Advertising partners globally
• Collaborate with Platform and Infrastructure teams to investigate and resolve partner issues
• Assess actions for fixes and continuous improvements in products and deployments
• Communicate insights to product teams and support cross-functional initiatives
• Work with global teams to integrate Meta’s Business Products into partner offerings
