Easyscale is seeking a results-driven Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will focus on data-driven growth, ROAS, and precise tracking to scale client performance.

You will collaborate remotely with a global team, monitor key metrics like CPA, CPL, and CTR, and continuously test ads, audiences, and messaging to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Paid Media / Performance Marketing Specialist.
• Proven ROAS/CPL results while managing paid ad campaigns.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and tracking infrastructure.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Fluent written English for effective remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor daily campaign metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR) and optimize ad budgets for maximum efficiency.
• Execute continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, messaging, and audience targeting.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution setup (Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4).
• Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategies for scaling.
