Meta's Ads organization is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead and grow the TPM function that supports large-scale ads platforms for diverse advertisers. You will guide technical execution, align multiple teams, and drive strategy across core systems and applications.

You should have a deep background in advertising tech, AI/ML, and program management, with stellar communication and a track record of delivering complex initiatives at scale in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of software industry experience including systems engineering or technical product management.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience growing organizations and building team culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead technical execution strategy for multiple product and platform areas.
