Job summary

Google is seeking a gTech Ads professional to support customers across the Ads product stack. You will partner with Sales, Eng, and Analytics teams to design bespoke technical solutions, drive media activation, and ensure scalable, measurable outcomes for a global client base.

You will translate customer needs into technical specs, guide implementation, and maintain alignment with strategic goals while leveraging cross-functional expertise to deliver high-impact results across advertising

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required, ensuring solutions respect industry-specific data constraints and business cycles.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability, reusability, and best practices as well as a clear path to media activation.
• Provide technical-product oversight during the implementation phase, ensuring the engineering build remains aligned with the original customer strategy, while delegating base code-level and system-building decisions to the Engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional gTech teams (e.g., Engineering teams, Solution Experts, Measurement Experts) to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes.
