Job summary

Responsibilities

• Strategies and processes to enroll international undergrad and graduate students in spring and fall.
• Manage prospect workflow from inquiries to enrollment deposits.
• Establish timely communication with prospective students, families, high schools, and alumni.
• Counsel on admissions, financial aid, documentation, housing, and career planning.
• Conduct campus outreach and maintain multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with campus offices to ensure successful matriculation at Springfield College.
• Travel for international recruitment trips and domestic high school visits.
• Supervise one or two student employees assisting prospect management.
• Review international transcripts for domestic students when needed.
