Job summary

Springfield College is seeking a Director of International Admissions to lead marketing, recruitment, and admissions of undergraduate and graduate international students. You will supervise staff, coordinate international travel, and partner with agents to meet enrollment goals.

Required: Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred; 1–3 years of related experience; supervisory experience; SEVIS knowledge; excellent communication and intercultural skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of international admissions experience.
• Experience with international recruitment and agents.
• Familiarity with SEVIS requirements and DSO status.
• Strong oral and written communication; intercultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of recruitment and marketing plans for international students.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff and student assistants.
• Coordinate international travel and recruitment trips with partners.
• Manage contractual relations with external agents and organizations.
• Collaborate across campus to ensure successful matriculation.
• Make admissions decisions and assist with financial aid and I-20/DS-2019 forms.
