Job summary

Springfield College is seeking an Assistant Director of International Admissions to support marketing, recruitment, and enrollment of international students. You will collaborate with campus offices to ensure successful matriculation and occasional travel for recruitment trips.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 1 year of related experience, with extensive prospect management and counseling responsibilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and processes to enroll international students each spring and fall.
• Manage prospect management through two recruitment cycles (inquiries to enrollment).
• Maintain timely communication with prospective students, parents, school officials, and alumni.
• Counsel on admissions, financial aid, documentation, housing, and career planning.
• Conduct office-based outreach using all necessary channels.
• Apply prospect management techniques for outreach at each admissions stage.
• Assist in supervising one or two student employees responsible for prospect management.
• Review international applications and make admissions recommendations.
• Assist in reviewing transcripts for domestic students for other departments.
• Stay updated on international education policies and collaborate campus-wide.
• Coordinate with the Director and travel for recruitment trips; domestic high school travel.
