Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Global Enablement Manager, Ad Sales, to design, deliver, and scale practice-heavy learning programs for a multi-region sales organization. You will work with Global Sales, Account Management, PMM, and Regional Enablement teams to ensure consistency while allowing 10–20% regional flexibility.

The role emphasizes experiential workshops, AI-driven practice tools, and a Train-the-Trainer model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Media Sales, Enterprise Ad Sales Enablement, Commercial Readiness, or Consultative Sales Leadership.
• Deep expertise in consultative, outcome-based sales methodologies.
• Global multi-region enablement leadership across UCAN, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
• Experience integrating AI learning tools and automated workflows into sales enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and operationalize our proprietary sales methodology across core commercial phases.
• Design and deliver experiential workshops and labs; transition to Train-the-Trainer model.
• Build manager toolkits and coaching guides to reinforce NWOS behaviors in 1:1s and teams.
• Align enablement priorities with product roadmaps and day-to-day sales workflows.
• Track program metrics and establish feedback loops to measure impact in live client meetings.
