Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Client Account Manager to join the Global Strategic Accounts team within the Media & Entertainment vertical. You will collaborate with Client Partners to achieve clients’ marketing goals and drive revenue growth across agencies and Fortune 500 clients on a global scale.

You will own end-to-end campaign launches, deliver optimization insights, and maintain strong relationships with partners while shaping campaigns to meet awareness and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
• Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where data analysis is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
• Deepen relationships with advertising partners to drive year-on-year Reddit revenue growth.
• Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish with insightful optimizations.
• Oversee internal account operations including revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues.
• Educate brands and media agencies on Reddit’s value proposition and best practices.
• Craft thoughtful media plans with Client Partners for awareness and direct response goals.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles.
• Share client feedback to shape product roadmaps and strategic decisions.
