Job summary

Celestica is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect for Global Accounts to drive end-to-end, technically robust, value-focused solutions. You will assemble cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating customer needs into Celestica capabilities and communicating timelines and deliverables.

You will collaborate with Sales and GCU leadership, craft compelling presentations, understand financial implications, and guide the response from discovery through proposal

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex solution Architect efforts across multiple teams.
• Strong client-facing and proposal development capabilities.
• Knowledge of end-to-end solution development and lifecycle.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of customized global account solutions.
• Guide Sales engagement with SME input on integrated solutions.
• Coordinate subject matter experts for solution development.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and address challenges.
• Develop value streams and present financial implications to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, GCU, and HPS to drive technical solutions.
• Support negotiations and qualify opportunities.
• Develop unsolicited proposals for key customers.
