Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end AP process with team mentoring.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with deadline focus.
• Experience with AP in multiple countries including US, UK, Ireland, Australia, and China.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global AP team and provide guidance as needed.
• Drive AP process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Oversee end-to-end AP including three-way match and payments.
• Responsible for monthly AP close as part of Accounting close procedures.
• Set up new supplier records and verify supplier bank details.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
• Process and audit employee expenses timely.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve AP issues.
