JB Poindexter & Co (JBPCO) seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee the full AP cycle. The role reports to Global AP Supervisor and supports month-end close, vendor communication, and cross-department problem resolution.

The candidate should bring 3–5 years in AP, strong accounting and Excel skills, and familiarity with JD Edwards and Intellichief. Location options include Houston, Morgantown, or Reading.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience mandatory.
• Experience with large ERP systems and JD Edwards/Intellichief a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).

Mansioni

• Process invoices in a timely manner using Intellichief and JD Edwards.
• Route invoices for coding and approval; verify accuracy.
• Manage vendor payment cycles and month-end close duties.
• Reconcile reports and resolve discrepancies with other departments.
• Communicate with vendors and maintain AP records.
