Job summary

GEI Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage global AP processes in a fast-paced environment. You will handle domestic and international invoicing, currency transactions, and tax compliance while maintaining accurate records and strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable in a medium to large corporate environment.
• Experience with international AP, multi-currency transactions, and foreign vendors.
• Multi-year experience preparing and electronically submitting IRS 1099s.

Responsibilities

• Process detailed invoices with accurate backup, coding, terms, and approvals.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and communicate with internal teams and vendors.
• Handle international AP transactions including foreign currency invoices and tax requirements.
• Reconcile domestic and international vendor statements and confirm payments.
