You will work with the Chief Customer Officer, Regional Leaders, and cross‑functional teams to build high‑performing teams and create exceptional outcomes for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global account management strategy.
• Define account roles, KPIs, and governance across regions.
• Lead the global account management function with a client‑centric focus.
