Job summary

Vistra iiPay is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead international payroll implementations for our global client base. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and deliver accurate payroll configurations.

The role requires strong project management, data coordination, and communication skills, with experience in ISAE 3402/SSAE 16 environments and a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processes and their systems.
• Experience with international clients (FTSE & Fortune 500).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workloads in a global environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Set-up – kick off meetings, project plans, implementation packs.
• Client and Project Management – support review calls, coordinate project streams, manage scope changes.
• Payroll Process – define and set-up client payroll processes and data needs.
• Local Registration Management – work with local country payroll partners to complete registrations.
• Payment and Banking Process Definition – coordinate with treasury, partners, and client.
• System set-up and parallel payroll process – configure interfaces and reports.
• Go-live transition – handover to operations team.
• Sign-off and documentation – capture client needs and processes.
