Job summary

DHL Express is seeking an Account Executive to own a territory, negotiate large deals, and drive growth with new and existing customers. You will present DHL services to decision makers, create tailored proposals, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

The role emphasizes high-performance sales, motivation by commissions, and collaboration with Sales/Operations to expand revenue across the territory.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required or equivalent
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (services preferred)
• Strong negotiation and written/verbal communication
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English a plus
• Excel proficiency; CRM experience preferred
• Transportation/intl. sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Uncover opportunities within assigned territory and cultivate leads
• Design presentations to showcase DHL services to decision makers and close new business
• Build revenue with existing customers and expand relationships through visits and follow-up
• Leverage DHL network knowledge to improve customer relationships
• Ensure post-sale satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to grow territory revenue
