Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Corporate Controller to support our Corporate Controller in leading corporate accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls within a growing manufacturing organization.

The ideal candidate balances technical accounting with leadership, process improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration, driving accurate reporting and audits while fostering teamwork and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing accounting.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of corporate accounting operations.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
• Assist with preparation and consolidation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance; interact with internal/external auditors.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to drive process improvement.
