Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
• Experience developing and interpreting accounting policies.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex concepts.

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of global accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor and implement new accounting standards (FASB, SEC) as required.
• Collaborate with Consolidations, FP&A, Audit and Finance to ensure policy consistency.
• Support audits by providing policy interpretations and technical guidance.
• Lead and develop team members to foster accountability and continuous learning.
