DePuy Synthes is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Close and Consolidations in the U.S. The role focuses on leading monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, consolidations, and related reporting for a global organization. You will partner with regional finance teams to ensure accurate financial governance and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of progressive accounting/close experience, a strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting or consolidation experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial close processes.
• Experience with month-end close, consolidation, and reporting.
• CPA or equivalent preferred; not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and consolidations.
• Prepare consolidation schedules, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Analyze consolidated results and explain variances to leadership.
• Support internal and external reporting and audits.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to standardize processes.
