Job summary

DePuy Synthes seeks a Manager, WW Accounting Policy and Procedures in Raynham, MA. This role ensures the integrity, consistency, and compliance of accounting policies across the organization, partnering with Consolidations, FP&A, Audit, and Finance teams.

You will develop and govern policies aligned with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, train finance teams, and drive standardization in a dynamic global environment. Strong leadership and cross‑functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
• Experience developing, interpreting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate complex accounting concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of global accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor emerging accounting and regulatory developments (e.g., FASB and SEC) and assist in implementing new standards.
• Partner with Consolidations, FP&A, Audit, and other Finance teams for consistent policy application.
• Support audits with policy interpretations, documentation, and technical accounting guidance.
