Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Director of Accounting Operations to lead and scale the company’s core accounting operations function. This leader will build an audit-ready, scalable organization across AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, and close, partnering with global finance teams.

You will own the monthly and quarterly close, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements while managing relationships with auditors and outsourced partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting operations experience, incl. controllership or corporate accounting.
• Experience leading in high-growth or multinational environments and ERP transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, and close.
• Own monthly and quarterly close process while driving accountability and cycle-time improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls, documentation, segregation of duties, and system-based controls.
• Build and develop a high-performing accounting operations organization supporting global entities and auditors.
