Job summary

Tenstorrent seeks a Director of Accounting Operations to lead the company’s core accounting functions and scale a global, audit-ready finance organization. You will oversee AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, reconciliations, and close processes while partnering with global finance teams.

Hybrid role based in Santa Clara, Austin, Boston, or Toronto, welcoming diverse experience levels and aligning offers to level and market.

Qualifications

• US GAAP expertise and strong accounting judgment.
• 10+ years in accounting operations or controllership.
• Experience leading in high-growth or multinational settings.
• CPA and ERP transformation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, accruals, reconciliations, and close.
• Own monthly and quarterly close with stronger accountability and cycle-time improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls and automate ERP processes with IT and Finance Systems.
• Build a high-performing accounting operations organization across entities.
