Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent professional designation required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting considerations.
• Experience leading accounting teams and coordinating multi-region close processes.
• Proficiency with Sage/AS400 and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules; maintain internal controls.
• Coordinate accounting activities across U.S., UK, and Italian operations.
• Supervise and develop a team of up to five accounting professionals.
