Bucci Industries USA Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our Charlotte team. You will support day-to-day accounting activities for the U.S.

entity and work closely with the Group CFO and global colleagues to ensure accurate financial records. The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong US GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. English fluency is mandatory; Italian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in a multinational company is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Sage 100 is a plus.
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, employee expenses, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate accounting and employee records.
• Assist with financial reporting and accounting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and colleagues across the Bucci Industries Group.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal policies.
