Qualifications

• Excellent critical thinking and analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Big-4 or other large, multi-national firm.
• Broad experience with private and public company financial statement preparation.
• Depth of experience in business process engineering, process automation, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with AI tools and technologies, with a commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence to drive innovation, enhance security, and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Build a world-class global accounting function with internal and external professionals.
• Navigate the transition from private company to public SEC-reporting organization.
• Develop teams and think strategically about organizational growth while recruiting and retaining top talent.
• Translate technical accounting issues to business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Lead others through teaching, training, and delegation while remaining hands-on when needed.
