Job summary

Accrue Partners is seeking a Director-level accounting leader to join a high-visibility finance transformation. This role reports to the Global Controller and partners with the CFO on priority initiatives, guiding the evolution of the accounting organization as it grows, modernizes systems, and builds a broader Finance Transformation team.

• Experience leading finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and reporting frameworks.
• Ability to partner with IT and senior executives to drive change.
