Fandom is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support the global finance team and maintain accurate books for vendors and suppliers. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist in ensuring compliance with Polish GAAP and internal controls while collaborating with international teams.

The role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects, improve accounting processes, and contribute to financial reporting across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Advanced computer skills (G Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel).
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles under Polish GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Manage supplier bills and ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations for foreign bank accounts.
• Reconcile payment processor fees across multiple processors and manage related accounts.
• Review and enter vendor bills; handle inventory purchase accounting and routine ledger entries.
• Prepare journal entry documentation, accrue entries, and perform month-end reconciliations.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports as needed.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with Polish accounting standards and internal controls.
• Engage in international financial projects and other accounting activities.
