CCR Commercial Refrigeration приглашает начинающих специалистов в сферу финансов и учета в рамках Европейского центра Shared Service Center. Вы будете работать над операциями учета и обработкой претензий, поддерживая процессы в регионе ЕС.

Идеальные кандидаты — студенты/выпускники, обладающие базовым знанием SAP/ERP и языками, готовые развиваться в международной среде и участвовать в цифровизации финансовых процессов. Гибкий график около 25 часов в месяц, оплата порядка 45 PLN брутто в час.

Qualifications

• Бакалавриат в области финансов, учета, бизнеса или смежной области; студент на последнем курсе допускается.
• Свободное владение английским и польским языками (письменно и устно).
• Интерес к финансам, учету и сервисным процессам.
• Высокая внимательность к деталям и готовность учиться.
• Хорошие коммуникативные и командные навыки.
• Стажировка или первый опыт в финансах/учете.
• Знание SAP, ERP-систем, RPA или инструментов цифровизации.
• Дополнительные европейские языки (немецкий, французский, итальянский и т.д.).

Responsibilities

• Поддержка ежедневных операций по учету и обработке претензий потребителей.
• Помощь в финансовой и учетной деятельности по ЕС региону.
• Соблюдение стандартных процессов и участие в проектах по операционной эффективности.

Location: Łódź, Poland

Contract: Civil-law contract (Umowa zlecenie)

Department: European Shared Service Center

• Support daily accounting operations and consumer claims processes
• Assist with finance and accounting activities performed within the EU region
• Follow standardized processes and support operational excellence initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement and automation projects
• Help identify opportunities for digitalization and increased efficiency in finance operations

Требования:

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree (or second or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
• Good command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
• Interest in finance, accounting, and shared service environments
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Internship or first experience in finance/accounting
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, RPA, or financial digitalization tools
• Additional European language skills (German, French, Italian, etc.)
